Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and opened or used toys that cannot be resold.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@thetoystores.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
2. Refunds
Approval Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds: Certain situations may warrant a partial refund, such as when returned items show signs of use, or if the original packaging is missing.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please initiate the process by contacting info@thetoystores.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility criteria.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
